Andrea Hall, President
Code Enforcement Coordinator, Clackamas County
The President works with the other Executive Officers to keep OCEA moving forward, growing, and relevant to our members. They oversee the day-to-day operations and coordination of the Executive Board, with each officer’s role in preparing conferences for the membership. They lead Executive Board meetings and are responsible for any board appointments should they become necessary.

Gina Miller, Vice President
Code Enforcement Officer Program Coordinator, Umatilla County
As Vice President, Gina is responsible for arranging accommodations for our biannual conferences and supporting the President position as needed.

Todd Kennedy, Training Officer
Oregon City
The Training Officer is responsible for lining up quality presenters for each conference. They also track each member’s training credits towards certification and present Level Certificates at each conference to members who have achieved a new training status.

Megan Sharp, Membership Officer
Linn County
The Membership Officer keeps track of all members and dues payments. They work closely with the Training Officer and Vice-President when preparing membership lists for upcoming conferences.

Amber Watson, Information Officer
Lane County
The Information Officer's responsibilities include producing the Association’s newsletter and keeping accurate records of all Executive Board meetings and membership business meetings.

Kevin Pelatt, Treasurer
City of Beaverton
The Treasurer is responsible for maintaining the OCEA financial accounts and supporting the President as needed.

Bryan LaVigne, Communications Officer
City of Tualatin
The Communications Officer is responsible for website updates, and looking into bigger and better ways for members to communicate with each other.
